Here at Malibu Mind, I am committed to nurturing our MM community as we embrace the principles of mindfulness and mastery together. The space I've created is designed to inspire personal growth and foster connections. Combining the wisdom of ancient traditions with the innovation of modern science I will continually strive to work with you, guide you and support you as you make your way back ..to you.

Malibu Mind provides a range of services aimed at promoting happiness and human flourishing; from mindfulness practices including meditation, sound baths, mindful movement and breathwork to positive psychology and self-empowerment! Classes are designed to support your journey towards mental well-being in a safe space and with a like-minded community. One-on-one sessions are carefully curated to empower individuals based on their specific circumstances.

Qigong was developed as part of traditional Chinese medicine and involves regulation of the mind, breath and body. Together we'll focus on different breathing patterns, gentle movements of the body, and the power of focusing our attention. "Qigong offers the beautiful gift of working to quiet the mind, settle the emotions, and relax into the body"

The healing power of sound is not new, its actually thousands of years old and yet we rarely rely on its incredible benefits. In its essence a sound bath serves as a portal to inner peace, contemplation and deep relaxation. As a landscape of sound washes over the body it activates a physical shift, one in which extends from engaging the parasympathetic nervous system. Benefits include lowered blood pressure, slower heart rate, reduced stress and anxiety, and a deep relaxed state.

Malibu Magic

I love to guide our smaller humans through mindfulness and mastery with a strong focus on emotional regulation. I'm currently offering 1-on-1 sessions for 5–10-year-olds and I'm extremely passionate about helping them to sit still in the moment, especially in this fast paced, high tech, noisy, digital world in which we live. Research has shown that from a young age it is important to learn how to go inward and listen to our inner selves, otherwise we can get caught up listening to the external noise of society, media, peers and well-meaning networks/social groups. The good news is we can help our children to navigate their days by teaching them the tools and strategies required for

growth and flourishing!

Never before in history has there been a stronger need for our younger generation

to learn resilience, self-compassion & how to be the master of their emotions.

Sessions are held in my home studio which is equipped with learning resources and feels like family :) There is a cafe at the end of the street to enjoy during the time of your child's session if you'd like to stay in the area.

Investment is $30 and includes a 1-hour session + materials + a reflection report for parent/carer.

I am proudly the visionary founder of Malibu Mind, and I am whole heartedly dedicated to guiding individuals through the transformative practices of mindfulness and mastery. With a profound understanding of Positive Psychology and human flourishing, along with qualifications in Counselling and Mindfulness facilitation one of my favourite things to do is offer nurturing and mentorship. I find immense joy in empowering people in their quest to mental well-being.
