Offerings
Malibu Mind provides a range of services aimed at promoting happiness and human flourishing; from mindfulness practices including meditation, sound baths, mindful movement and breathwork to positive psychology and self-empowerment! Classes are designed to support your journey towards mental well-being in a safe space and with a like-minded community. One-on-one sessions are carefully curated to empower individuals based on their specific circumstances.

Over 40. Seeking calm. A desire for growth. Do you recognise her? I look forward to connecting and taking you on a journey, right back to YOU. As a certified Mindfulness Facilitator and Positive Psychology coach my passion and quest are to help empower women and guide them on a transformational path. My heart fills when I see attendees leave an event a different version of themselves, feeling nurtured, aligned and ready to thrive! Together we enjoy the benefits of ancient wisdom combined with modern science through breathwork and meditation, mindful movement - Chinese artform Qigong, mastery, connectedness and an inspiring, soul reaching immersion of self-love with like-minded women.
I love to guide our smaller humans through mindfulness and mastery with a strong focus on emotional regulation. I'm currently offering 1-on-1 sessions or an online bundle for 5–10-year-olds. I'm extremely passionate about helping them to sit still in the moment, especially in this fast paced, high tech, noisy, chaotic, digital world in which we live. Research has shown that from a young age it is important to learn how to go inward and listen to our inner selves, otherwise we can get caught up listening to the external noise of society, media, peers and, often well-meaning, networks/social groups. The good news is we can help our children to navigate their days by teaching them the tools and strategies required for
growth and flourishing!
Never before in history has there been a stronger need for our younger generation
to learn resilience, self-compassion & how to be the master of their emotions.
Casual sessions can be held in my home studio which is equipped with learning resources and feels like family, or online via Zoom. There is a cafe at the end of the street to enjoy during the time of your child's session if you'd like to stay in the area.
Investment is $30 and includes a 1-hour session + materials + a reflection report for parent/carer.

The Malibu Magic Bundle is an online program which includes 7 pre-recorded workshops/presentations, a printable 35 page PDF workbook that children can work through at their own pace, meditation & breathwork videos, and a 20 minute one-on-one online session with myself at a time that suits your child. The material is customised to 5–10-year-olds but could also be beneficial to children a little older. Content is built on 6 pillars of research: Positive Psychology, mindfulness, CBT strategies, emotional regulation, resilience building and neuroscience!

With a profound understanding of Positive Psychology and human flourishing, along with qualifications in Counselling and Mindfulness facilitation one of my favourite things to do is offer nurturing and mentorship. I find immense joy in empowering people in their quest to mental well-being.
